We can’t go back to the Garden of Eden, where everything was perfectly in order, but we can travel in the direction of the perfection of what God created. That can along the path where we may find out who we really are and who God intended us to be. We may reach a place where we experience the transcendent hope of life, no matter how terrible and irrational it may sometimes seem.
